Note:
- Prices include Ceylonese VAT. (without flight)
- An Ayurveda vacation is ideal for overweight and its consequences, skin diseases, allergies, metabolic problems, stomach problems, intestinal problems, physical and mental overload.
- The medically advised minimum treatment duration is 14 days.
The price includes:
Ayurvedic full board
Evening events (e.g. BBQ, Ayurvedic cooking classes, music therapy, folklore)
Lectures on Ayurveda
5x per week yoga (1 hour each)
1x per week meditation (1 hour each)
1x per week cookery demonstration
3x half-day excursions on request (e.g. a drive to Galle, a boat trip and a visit to the turtle farm as well as our spice garden)
a room with private bathroom and balcony/terrace
Ayurvedic treatments and consultations with the doctor
At least 4 treatments per day – the necessary treatments are determined individually for each person by the medical team according to the state of health.
(eg Abhyanga oil, herbal or rice bag massages, Kati Vasti (oil treatment with dough ring), various cleansing therapies (Panchakarma), herbal and final flower bath
Herbal medicine, herbal tea
Yoga mat, bathrobe and Wi-Fi in the room
Initial and follow-up consultations with the Ayurveda doctor, determination of the dosha and determination of the treatment and nutrition plan
Doctor and therapist are always available
Secured as a package tour with insolvency protection and security certificate
The following services are charged separately:
Additional consultations by specialists for patients with special diseases such as cancer, stroke, heart disorders, ENT diseases or similar.
Acupressure, acupuncture & laser therapy, eye treatment
Additional examinations such as blood, urine, X-rays, etc.
Medicine that is taken home after the cure

- For departures in the afternoon, the day will be considered a treatment day.
- Check-in time is at 12:00 noon and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. For early check-in or late check-out, the rates are as follows (treatments and meals included): Single room €50.00 and Double room (per person) €45.00. Late check-out rates are as follows: Up to 5 hours: Single room €50.00 / Double room €45.00 per person. Up to 9 hours: Single room €100.00 / Double room €90.00 per person. More than 9 hours will be charged as a full day.

We are also happy to organize special transfers, day trips and round trips with travel companions on request.
In the case of cancellation of the stay from the 30th day before arrival, we allow ourselves to charge 25% , 22th day before arrival 30% 15th day before arrival 45% , 8th day before arrival 60% , 4th day before arrival 70%, 2nd day before arrival 85%, and same day arrival 90% of the net amount
